Technology Transfer
Technology transfer is one of the main pillars of Center, where the creation of new irrigation technologies is linked to the diffusion of the same through different means.
We have a broad range of courses and conferences designed for the main agents in the sector, from the technicians of the public administrations to related organizations, with the most important users of the water used for irrigation and its technology: the community of irrigators.
We can also offer different activities destined to graduate technicians, with whom the Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs wants to train experts in irrigation techniques in order that the Modernisation Plans of Irrigation can be executed to save as much of a scarce resource: water.
Besides, with the AECID (The Spanish Agency for International Cooperation) we support the training of technicians for countries with which Spain cooperates, for example: Latin America, Zagreb, etc.
Another of the objectives of the technology transfer in Center is the diffusion of knowledge available in the sector, using the Center webpage page for:
