CENTER Centro Nacional de Tecnologías de Regadíos

The National Center of Irrigation Technology was founded in 1985, and is currently affiliated to the General Subdirection of Irrigation and Water Economy of the General Direction of Water General Direction of the MARM (Ministry of the Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs).

It is regulated by the Royal Decree 1640/1985 of the 3rd July which defines the main function of the Center as the study, development and application of irrigation technology for its transference to the agricultural sector in a national and international scope.
